Cafe Ataco Gourmet
Its 100% Arabica Coffee. Its a blend of Borbon and Pacas varieties with European Roast. Balanced Flavor, notes of chocolate. This type of coffee is available all year in coffee beans or ground coffee.
Cafe Pacamara Ataco
The Pacamara variety is native to El Salvador and is the artificial cross between the Pacas and Maragogipe Rojo varieties. Pacamara is one of our favorite coffees, not only because of its large size but also because of its diversity of flavors in the cup. For the most part, Pacamara have intensely sweet flavors of fruits, chocolates, and candies. We have found Pacamaras with high floral notes, mostly white flowers like gardenias or jasmine. The long aftertaste always has intense sweet notes.
Cafe Geisha Ataco
Geisha displays a pleasant sweetness, clarity and a bright flavor that can range from berry, citrus, mango, papaya, peach, pineapple, guava, and jasmine. Quite varied for some palates. Also, it is recognized by its distinctive flavor of bergamot oil and orange peel. Often compared to Earl Gray tea! Others here have experienced notes of marshmallow and vanilla! This coffee is not available all year.

Weather in Ataco, El Salvador
Ataco experiences an oceanic climate. Ataco's high elevation gives the area one of the most pleasant climatic ranges in El Salvador. Temperatures never exceed 23°C (73°F) and always stay cool at night. Sometimes it can be very cold. The lowest temperature recorded was 4 °C (40 °F) which occurred during a cold front in November 2010. The fact that the city receives a lot of precipitation, and the temperature is relatively cool but not cold, makes the place is ideal for plants of many types to grow; It is common to see a patch of flowers, pine trees and veraneras in Concepción de Ataco and surrounding areas. Because the city is located on a mountain, the sidewalks are designed to be very high from the street, because when it rains a lot, all the runoff from the mountain could flood the road by a couple of inches. The month with the most precipitation is July with 316 millimeters of rain (13 inches). The average coldest months of the year are October and November with temperatures as low as 10 °C (50 °F) (due to a high presence of wind during this period of the year).Ship Salvadoran Coffee
